The heart of the recycling plant is our Universal-Querstromzerspaner UNI-CUT® QZ 2000 HD. Its working principle: acceleration elements rotate at mighty force. As a "hurricane" is developing, cases are carefully opened, composite materials are opened up and modules are bared. The process performs strongly in regard to environmental compatibility, recycling quota and profitability and attains unequalled values. Throughput rates of up to 10 t/h are possible. The plant was developed following the EU-directive (WEEE) and outperforms all guidance levels and criteria.

TYRES

Due to continual development, the MeWa refrigerator recycling plant defines a new state of the art technology emcompassing efficiency and profitability. The single stage mechanical process using the Querstromzerspaner technology leads to minimum wear costs and the highest CFC / Pentane recovery rates. The first class purities, of the output fractions of Fe and NE are the guarantee of high sales revenue. The throughput rate runs up to 60 units per hour.

The task: The fabrication of individual and flexible tyre recycling plants. From the planning stage to initial operation every task is effected by one source. Due to the modular construction system, MeWa can present individual system solutions to their customers optimum custom-tailored solutions. The spectrum reaches from the production of coarse tyre shreds to the fabrications of varying sizes of granulates and the production of finest rubber dust in the µm-range. Operators determine the quality of the purity of the grade.

The motto: "Take out what's in there" - in its purest form. MeWa develops and builds compact plants for used car and truck filters and oily operating materials inclusive of conveying and separating technologies containing oils and greases.

The degree of separation: approx. 75 % steel, 15 % oil, 10 % paper-textile at a residue oil content of less than 1 %. Numerous recycling plants are proof of our competence in this special field as well. Throughput rates of 1 to 5 t/h at a guaranteed purity rate supply the operator with high economical earnings.


RDF  (Production of  Refuse  Derived  Fuels)

Reliability due to a consistently high performance level.

Our position in the market concerning the supply of systems technology for the production of alternative fuels is well known. More than 20 integrated MeWa RDF-plants were built in Europe alone. The most significant European waste management companies have been relying on the robust and reliable MeWa technology for years. A further MeWa "winning point" is the reliability of the machines at their high, consistent performance levels as well as long service lives and availabilities.

 

OUTPUT  MATERIAL-  PURE  RAW  MATERIALS

Preparation of compounds to valuable secondary resources.


Composite products such as electric household appliances, electronic appliances of the entertainment industry, office and communication devices, refrigerators, tyres, oil filters, batteries, cables and packaging of all kinds are properly disintegrated, separated according to their purity and admitted into recycling.
The same procedure is used for pure recycling materials such as paper, aluminium, iron chips or plastics. The output sizes vary from granulate materials to pellets and the finest powder in the µm range.
